Selection Process:​

1. Shortlisting:
   • The bank will shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. The mere fulfillment of the minimum criteria does not guarantee an interview call.
   • The Shortlisting Committee constituted by SBI will decide the shortlisting parameters.
   • Adequate number of shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
2. Interview:
   • The interview will carry 100 marks.
   • The qualifying marks for the interview will be decided by the bank.
   • Final decisions regarding interview qualification will be at the sole discretion of the bank.
3. Merit List:
   • A merit list will be prepared based on scores obtained in the interview only.
   • In case multiple candidates have the same score, the candidate with the higher age will be ranked higher in the merit list.
