Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Running:
- Male candidates: 1.6 km to be completed within 6 minutes
- Female candidates: 1 km to be completed within 6 minutes
- High Jump:
- Male candidates: Minimum 4 feet
- Female candidates: Minimum 3 feet
- Shot Put:
- Male candidates: 16-pound shot to be thrown at least 16 feet
- Female candidates: 12-pound shot to be thrown at least 10 feet
